Refund policy

Because our products are handcrafted, natural, and personal-care based, we are unable to accept returns once items are opened. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so here’s how it works:

• Returns: Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@daretobenatural.com before sending items back.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products, gift cards, or digital items.
• Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Natural Variations: Our products are made with minimally processed, natural ingredients. Slight changes in color, texture, or scent are normal and do not affect product quality.
